1. General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO)

- AHQ Selection Board Interview – Rawalpindi, Lahore, or Karachi
- Final Medical Examination – Combined Medical Board (CMB), Lahore

Ineligibility Conditions
Candidates are not eligible if they:
- Have been rejected by ISSB on two or more occasions
- Have been dismissed or debarred from government service
- Have a criminal conviction
- Have been declared permanently medically unfit
- Left any armed forces training institution on disciplinary grounds
- Are medically unfit due to Hepatitis B or C
- Submitted forged or tampered documents
